We created Dreamers & Doers because as small business owners ourselves we felt like we knew what we wanted a market to be and wanted to create that vision and bring it to life for other small shops. Dreamers and Doers is different and unique in that we try to be very community forward. We try to promote a very accepting place for everyone.

Dreamers & Doers was inspired by the Walt Disney quote “If you can dream it, you can do it”

Meet the Team

  • Kaitlyn

    FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

    What started with a Dream to make markets magical for both vendors and guests has turned into an incredibly unique experience that centers community and immersion. We at Dreamers and Doers believe that if you can dream it you can do it.

    Kaitlyn is the owner and operator of Dreamers and Doers alongside her husband Ernesto. 

    She is curator of the vision behind each market and vendor selection. From designing graphics, to managing our venue selection and leading the Dreamers and Doers team, Kaitlyn is the foundation of our markets and our team.

  • Kelin

    SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNIATIONS LEAD

    The one behind the screen! Kelin is the face behind the videos and social media posts across Dreamers and Doers platforms. Through storytelling, trends, and relatable content, she helps bring each market to life online and creates content that makes the community feel connected long before market day.

    Kelin manages content creator outreach, vendor communications, and partnerships while also assisting with event coordination and activities during each market. She’s usually the one on market days asking, “Would you like to be in a Dreamers and Doers video?”

  • Caiti

    LOGISTICS & SYSTEMS MANAGER

    Caiti is the behind the scenes organizer who helps keep Dreamers and Doers running smoothly. She manages vendor and volunteer applications while helping ensure every detail is organized leading up to market day.

    From coordinating schedules and maintaining the website to leading market decorating and setup, Caiti helps bring both the structure and atmosphere of each event to life. She is the team’s go to for organization, planning, and making sure everything stays on track behind the scenes.

  • Ernesto

    FOUNDER & FINANCIAL ADVISOR

    Ernesto takes care of Dreamers & Doers finances and helps behind the scenes. He’s the one who signs contracts and helps with the budget to make markets come alive. On market day you’ll see Ernesto coming around and greeting vendors making sure they have everything they need to have a successful market day.

  • Dahlia

    MARKET PREP & SUPPORT LEAD

    Dahlia helps bring the details of each Dreamers and Doers market together through preparation and hands on support. She creates vendor bags, lanyards, and other event materials that help make every market feel thoughtful and welcoming for vendors and guests alike. She also supports content creation, market setup, and behind the scenes preparation leading up to each event.

  • Ally

    TEAM SUPPORT STAFF

    Ally assists is market day assistance. She ensures that each position has its necessary support. She supports set up, check in, vendor support, and she steps up in whatever capacity needed. Ally is always ready to support the team and keep the market experience running seamlessly.
